เลิกจ้างแบบไหนไม่ต้องจ่ายค่าชดเชย

มาตรา ๑๑๙ ๔ นายจ้างไม่ต้องจ่ายค่าชดเชยให้แก่ลูกจ้างซึ่งเลิกจ้างในกรณีหนึ่งกรณีใด ดังต่อไปนี้ (๑) ทุจริตต่อหน้าที่หรือกระทำความผิดอาญาโดยเจตนาแก่นายจ้าง (๒) จงใจทำให้นายจ้างได้รับความเสียหาย (๓) ประมาทเลินเล่อเป็นเหตุให้นายจ้างได้รับความเสียหายอย่างร้ายแรง

ค่าตกใจกรณีเลิกจ้างมีอัตราเท่าไหร่

ค่าตกใจ คือเงินค่าชดเชยแทนการบอกล่วงหน้า ในกรณีเลิกจ้างทันที หรือให้ออกจากงานโดยไม่สมัครใจและไม่มีความผิดใดๆ โดย นายจ้างต้องจ่ายเงินแทน “คำบอกกล่าวล่วงหน้า” เป็นจำนวนเงินเท่ากับ 1 งวดของการจ่ายค่าจ้าง เช่น หากลูกจ้างได้ค่าจ้างทุก 30 วัน นายจ้างจะต้องแจ้งเลิกจ้างเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรอย่างน้อย 30 วัน ไม่เช่นนั้นจะต้องจ่ายค่า ...

ทํางาน 20 ปี จะได้รับค่าชดเชยเลิกจ้างเท่าไหร่

หากลูกจ้างทำงานมาแล้ว 6-10 ปี นายจ้างต้องจ่ายค่าชดเชยเท่ากับค่าจ้างการทำงาน 240 วัน ในอัตราสุดท้าย หากลูกจ้างทำงานมาแล้ว 10-20 ปี นายจ้างต้องจ่ายค่าชดเชยเท่ากับค่าจ้างการทำงาน 300 วัน ในอัตราสุดท้าย หากลูกจ้างทำงานมาแล้ว 20 ปีขึ้นไป นายจ้างต้องจ่ายค่าชดเชยเท่ากับค่าจ้างการทำงาน 400 วัน ในอัตราสุดท้าย 3 ก.ย. 2568
