    3. 提領時可以看到自己的外幣帳戶餘額嗎？ 在海外ATM提款時，只會顯示領取金額，並不會顯示帳戶餘額。因此，出國時建議先確定帳戶餘額現金充足，才能避免提領時現金不足的情形。
